• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or health and personal care items.

• Products marked as “Final Sale” or discounted clearance items.

• Downloadable software or digital products.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support at support@ecom.manpreetkhuttan.in within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging.

4. Ship the items back to us using the provided label or your chosen courier.

Return Shipping Costs

• For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping charges.

• For other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
